Koru Therapies - Life, growth, movement

Reiki is a completely safe non-invasive form of holistic healing. It encourages balance which brings a harmonic state of well being to body and mind.

How Reiki works
Reiki works with the main energy centres of the body although treatment can be applied to any area that may need healing. It is usual to receive Reiki lying down, fully clothed, and covered with a blanket. You will experience a laying-on of hands, usually beginning from the head and eventually working towards the feet. You will feel a gentle pervasive warmth or soothing feeling which enhances relaxation and stillness.

enefits of Reiki
Reiki treats a person on all levels: emotional, mental and physical. Babies and children respond well to Reiki as well as adults. Reiki encourages a healthy body and mind by easing stress and anxiety, helps you to relax, soothes pain, releases unblocked energy, and restores vitality.

Indian Head Massage works on both a physical and psychological level by rebalancing energies through massaging the head and shoulders.

How Indian Head Massage works
